On the occasion of German Diversity Day on May 23, 2023, AmCham Germany President Simone Menne says the following:
In these times with disruption and great new technical developments, a strong culture of workplace diversity is needed to include all aspects of these developments. As our recent member survey shows, diversity and inclusion are paramount in increasing flexibility and resilience as well as combating skills shortages. It may take some further efforts, but the benefits are enormous.
To mark this year's German Diversity Day, the Chamber conducted a short survey among its members on how companies in Germany can strengthen a corporate culture of diversity in the workplace.
As a signatory of the Charta der Vielfalt, AmCham Germany is committed to fostering diversity and inclusion in Germany and the transatlantic marketplace.
