Full Session Title: Decide Fast, Keep Control: Boards, AI and Information Sovereignty in a Geopolitical Crisis

A new export restriction lands overnight. A key supplier is hit by a state-backed cyberattack. A US investor demands answers on a German company's exposure. Boards on both sides of the Atlantic must decide faster than ever, often with AI already in hand: 82% of directors use AI in their board work, many through consumer tools outside any formal control. In this interactive session, Dirk Pfefferle and Christoph Burger-Scheidlin take participants through a live crisis scenario. Together we decide what AI should analyze, which information must stay under the board's control and in which jurisdiction, and how directors keep the decision defensible.
