AmCham Germany will hold its 20th Transatlantic Business Conference at the Humboldt Carré in Berlin on November 5, 2026. On November 4, 2026, AmCham Germany will host the meetings of the Executive Committee, Board of Directors, and Chairpersons, as well as an exclusive evening reception for AmCham Germany’s leadership, partners and sponsors of the conference.

The 20th Transatlantic Business Conference will offer high-level perspectives on how to further deepen transatlantic business and trade relations in 2026 and beyond. We look forward to welcoming U.S. Chargé d'Affaires Alan Meltzer, U.S. Embassy Berlin, Boris Pistorius, Federal Minister of Defence, German Federal Ministry of Defence, and Dr. Markus Kamieth, Chairman of the Board of Executive Directors (CEO), BASF SE, as confirmed keynote speakers.

The conference will be held two days after the U.S. midterm elections and will therefore offer first analyses of the results and their implications for transatlantic economic relations. Furthermore, the program will explore how to drive competitiveness in Germany by strengthening innovation, sovereignty and defense across the Atlantic. Geopolitical developments as well as rapid advancements in AI and other technologies are disrupting and transforming traditional industries. To navigate this evolving landscape, political and business leaders must come together to discuss a resilient, future-oriented transatlantic agenda. The 20th Transatlantic Business Conference will serve as a high-level platform for dialogue and exchange on these and other topics, in formats such as keynote speeches, panel discussions, as well as breakout sessions hosted by conference partners and sponsors.
