Tax Committee meets with Ingrid Arndt-Brauer, MdB, & Martin Kreienbaum, BMF


Discussion on Current Tax Policy Issues

Berlin, March 17, 2016.  AmCham Germany’s Tax Committee met with Ingrid Arndt-Brauer, MdB, SPD Bundestagsfraktion, Vorsitzende des Finanzausschusses des Deutschen Bundestages, and Martin Kreienbaum, Leiter der Unterabteilung IV B für internationales Steuerrecht und EU-Steuerharmonisierung im Bundesministerium der Finanzen to discuss current tax policy issues.

The Committee, chaired by Felix Hierstetter, GE Deutschland, discussed the following topics with it’s guests: the EU Anti Tax Avoidance Directive, current developments with regard to Country-by-Country-Reporting, the modernization of the tax system, the implementation of BEPS in Germany and the EU as well as the developments concerning the financial transaction tax and the inheritance tax.
