Berlin, May 8, 2019 - AmCham Germany's Tax Committee convened for its biannual meeting to discuss current tax policy issues and to meet with Dr. Rolf Möhlenbrock, Leiter Abteilung IV Direkte Steuern at the Federal Ministry of Finance. Before the committee welcomed their guest speaker, the internal part of the meeting focused primarily on DAC 6.
Committee members shared their experiences and the implementation status in their own organizations. Furthermore, the group discussed topics such as Formulatory Apportionment and current developments regarding ATAD I and II among others. When Dr. Möhlenbrock joined the meeting, he provided committee members with a broad but concise overview of the ministry's priorities concerning corporate taxes as well as current legislative developments such as the Jahressteuergesetz 2019.
