On November 21, 2018, the Innovation & Research Committee met with Dr. Ernst Dieter Rossmann, MdB, Chairman of the Education, Research and Technology Assessment Committee at the German Bundestag.
During the meeting, members had an extensive exchange on research, innovation and education policy. In the discussion with Dr. Rossmann the committee's members underlined the decisive role of the transatlantic cooperation in research and innovation policy-making.
The meeting with Dr. Rossmann was moderated by the committee's chairs Stephan Schraff, Bayer, and Philipp Braun, 3M.
The committee looks forward to keeping up the dialogue with Dr. Rossmann and kindly thanks Dr. Rossmann for meeting with AmCham Germany's Innovation & Research Committee.
