Environment & Energy Committee discusses Climate Action Plan 2050

On June 9, Dr. Karsten Sach, Head of Directorate-General “Climate Policy, European and International Policy” in the Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation, Building and Nuclear Safety, discussed the draft for a national Climate Action Plan 2050 with the Environment & Energy Committee. Dr. Sach considers the dialogue process, by which the German Federal Government drew up its Climate Action Plan 2050, as extremely positive. Federal States, municipalities and associations were called upon to participate in the development of the Climate Action Plan 2050.
