Passing away of our Board Member Ulrich W. Reinholdt

It is with great sadness and deep sorrow that we have learned of the loss of our long-standing member, Ulrich W. Reinholdt, who passed away on the night of November 8.

We have lost a very special person and a great friend. Ulrich Reinholdt was committed to AmCham Germany for nearly 35 years as an active member - both individually and on behalf of AIG - and generously supported our cause.

Mr. Reinholdt also served as a Member of our Board of Directors for over 10 years. His dedication to transatlantic friendship was unwavering - even in difficult times - and was rooted in his deep personal conviction.

As a passionate bridge-builder for transatlantic relations, he served as a role model for all of us and will continue to inspire us. We thank Ulrich Reinholdt for all that he offered our organization and will always remember him and his generous spirit.

It is with great gratitude that we say goodbye and will always remember him with honor. We will write an obituary and lay a wreath at his funeral, and we remain in close contact with AIG.

With deepest sympathy,

Frank Sportolari, President AmCham Germany and Eveline Metzen, General Manager AmCham Germany
