Top communicators and media experts exchanged views in our E-Business After Hours on how you can show leadership and advance your company’s reputation in times of crisis. Reputation management should be a vital part of companies' virus management plans. Communication during a medical emergency requires outstanding leadership. Throughout periods of crisis, companies and executives rely on the trust they instill in their employees, clients, stakeholders and the public. For this reason, sustaining one's communication is key – and challenging. Media news rooms working in this constantly changing information landscape depend even more on reliable and transparent sources.
