Christmas Reception at the U.S. Embassy in Berlin

Welcoming Speeches by William Czajkowski, Minister-Counselor for Commercial Affairs at the U.S. Embassy Berlin, and Prof. Dr. Torsten Oltmanns, Regional Chapter Chair Berlin-Brandenburg, AmCham Germany

On December 4th 2023, the American Chamber of Commerce e.V., jointly with the U.S. Embassy Berlin, held a Christmas Reception for its Berlin-Brandenburg members in the U.S. Embassy.

The invited guests were welcomed with Christmas punch, snacks, and typical cookies from both Germany and the United States.

The event commenced with welcoming speeches from William Czajkowski, Minister-Counselor for Commercial Affairs at the U.S. Embassy Berlin, and Prof. Dr. Torsten Oltmanns, Regional Chapter Chair Berlin-Brandenburg, AmCham Germany.

Following the speeches, the invited guests were delighted with classic Christmas carols from both the United States and Germany performed by the choir "sirventes berlin." Their participation was generously made possible by Ludwig von Reiche and Marie Unger.

The evening concluded with an abundance of networking opportunities and interesting discussions among the guests from the transatlantic business community, staff of the U.S. Embassy, and the team of the American Chamber of Commerce in Germany.

We'd like to extend a special thank you to Google and The American Dream - U.S. Visa Service.
