Last week, we were delighted to come together with our members and friends for our Fourth of July Celebration and mark a very special anniversary - 250 years of U.S. Independence. We were particularly honored to celebrate this occasion at the U.S. Consul General's residence in Frankfurt am Main.

Highlights from the event were remarks by U.S. Consul General Brian Heath, AmCham Germany President Christopher Porter and our Rhine-Main Regional Chapter Chairs David Knower and Gabriele Hässig, who all set the tone for an evening full of celebration and German-American friendship.

Of course, our Fourth of July Celebration wouldn’t have been complete without the U.S. national anthem (sung by Latoya Ray), a Flag Ceremony by the U.S. Marine Corps and an American BBQ from WISAG - all of which provided us with the perfect atmosphere to celebrate 250 years of U.S. independence and transatlantic partnership.

A big thank you to U.S. Consul General Brian Heath and everyone at the U.S. Consulate General Frankfurt am Main for the warm hospitality! In addition, we’d like to extend our gratitude to our Platinum Sponsor P&G, our Silver Sponsors Value Retail (Ingolstadt and Wertheim Village), ISF - International School Frankfurt Rhein-Main, Morgan Lewis, and our Mobility Partner Uber for Business for helping us make yesterday’s event a success!
