August 29, 2019 - As is tradition, our Chapter Saxony (Dresden) celebrated the International Summer Barbecue together with several other chambers and business clubs at Restaurant Kastenmaiers at Kurländer Palais. Oliver Schenk, Chief of the State Chancellery and State Minister at the State Chancellery of Saxony, gave welcome remarks and also greeted the guests on behalf of Minister President Kretschmer. This year, Emily Norris, Consul for Political and Economic Affairs, represented the US Consulate General in Leipzig, and also welcomed the distinguished attendees. Alongside lively conversations and delicious culinary experiences our guests enjoyed one of the last days of summertime spirit.
