A key part of the discussion will be a customer perspective from Kiani Damun, Viridium Group, who will share how his organization is using AI to support the preparation of board and management materials, the changes they've made to existing processes, and the efficiencies they've seen along the way. Rather than focusing on theory, the session will center on practical lessons learned, implementation challenges and real outcomes.

The discussion will be led by Gersi Dymi, Account Executive at Diligent, together with Dominique Conrad, Senior Solutions Engineer, who will moderate the conversation and share broader perspectives from working with boards and governance teams across the region.
