A key part of the discussion will be a customer perspective from Kiani Damun, Viridium Group, who will share practical insights into his organization’s board processes and experience with Diligent, including lessons learned from using digital tools to support effective governance. From a Legal and Governance perspective, he will also discuss key considerations and challenges around the responsible use of AI in organizations. Rather than focusing on theory, the session will center on practical experiences, implementation considerations and lessons learned.

The discussion will be led by Gersi Dymi, Account Executive at Diligent, together with Dominique Conrad, Senior Solutions Engineer, who will moderate the conversation and share broader perspectives from working with boards and governance teams across the region.

Held in an exclusive working lunch format, the session is designed to encourage open discussion, peer exchange and meaningful conversation among senior decision-makers while making the most of the lunch hour.
