Description

Exploring Pathways towards Transatlantic Economic Growth, Economic Resilience and Transatlantic Sovereignty

AmCham Germany’s 17th Transatlantic Business Conference will take place on November 30, 2023, in Frankfurt am Main at the Hilton Frankfurt Airport.

With the European elections and the U.S. presidential election coming up in 2024, an exciting and challenging year awaits. In times of fragile global business and investment conditions, further cooperation among the transatlantic partners will be crucial to strengthen the competitiveness and resilience of our economies. Therefore, our 17th Transatlantic Business Conference will offer high-level perspectives on how to further deepen transatlantic business and trade relations by fostering open trade and the elimination of trade barriers; advocating for more transatlantic sovereignty in focal areas such as international supply chains, standards and norms, as well as critical and emerging technologies; as well as curb-up efforts to conduct business in a clean and sustainable, innovative manner.

In the realm of the conference, AmCham Germany in cooperation with Accenture will also present the latest results of its TOP50/30 survey, a ranking of the TOP 50 U.S. companies in Germany and the TOP 30 largest U.S. employers in Germany. The presentation will be followed by a panel discussion on important challenges for transatlantic businesses in Germany and how U.S. corporates currently assess Germany as a business location.

At our 2023 Transatlantic Business Conference, we are excited to highlight these and other topics through diverse voices in transatlantic business.
