On June 27, 2017, members of AmCham Germany's Regional Chapter Baden-Württemberg met at Festo Vertrieb GmbH & Co. AG in Esslingen for a Business After Hours event.
After an introduction by Frank Notz, Geschäftsführer at Festo, guests participated in a guided tour through the latest Festo plant "Technologiepark Scharnhausen". The topic of the event was "Digitalization throughout the Entire Value-Added Chain" (in German: "Digitalisierung entlang der gesamten Wertschöpfungskette").
