On May 10, 2017, AmCham Germany hosted a Forum in Berlin under the title "The US Legal System - A Barrier to Market Entry?".

K&L Partners from the US and Germany discussed the risks of foreign companies in the US being sued and inhowfar US law applies in Germany as well.

The event took place at K&L Gates LLP in Berlin and was followed by a networking reception.
