The construction of the natural gas pipeline Nord Stream 2 from Russia to Germany has been a controversial project ever since its inception in 2011. Its political and economic implications were addressed by Dr. Alina Polyakova of the Brookings Institution at our AmCham Germany Forum in Berlin on Friday, September 7.
