On April 12, 2017, AmCham Germany held an Expert Briefing in Hamburg focused on digital tax audits for transatlantic companies (German event title: "Digitale Betriebsprüfung bei transatlantisch tätigen Unternehmen - Ich bin bereit!").
After a short greeting and introduction, StB Jens Schäperclaus, Senior Manager of Deloitte & Touche Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft, held a keynote on "Wie betreibt man eine Finanzanwendung in Deutschland GoBD-konform? Das Thema hat eine hohe Relevanz, da Nichtkonformität teilweise zu drastischen Sanktionen führt".
Afterwards, Gerd Solanski, Consulting Sales Executive of Oracle Consulting, gave a presentation on "Lösungsstrategie im Finanzumfeld".
The event took place at the Hotel Atlantic Kempinski and was concluded with a Networking Dinner.
