With over five decades of experience and expertise in the field of international placement, the Zentrale Auslands- und Fachvermittlung (ZAV) -a non-profit unit of Germany’s Federal Employment Agency- can assist employers to fill job positions in the USA with suitable German workers.

The ZAV assists companies recruit Germans of all skill levels through their pool of job seekers and job changers -many of whom possess an excellent command of the English language. Employers can publish their job vacancies on different websites (listed below) and attend job fairs and recruitment events in Germany, which are organized by ZAV. Both services are free of charge.

• Advertisement of job openings on Germany’s biggest recruitment web site (www.arbeitsagentur.de) as well as throughout Europe on the EURES network (http://ec.europa.eu/eures).

• Placement of trainees or skilled workers who are interested in working abroad.
• Organization of targeted recruitment campaigns and job fairs at ZAV locations.
