Your profile:
You have 2-4 years of experience in U.S. international tax and a bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field. CPA and/or Enrolled Agent Exam would be a benefit.

You have a solid overview of individual tax compliance, including the preparation and review of U.S. individual income tax returns, strong management and project management skills, as well as a strong aptitude for technology tools.

You are fluent in English and willing to learn/improve your German skills.

Your job:
You will be working within the U.S. IAS group and together with German colleagues to provide individual clients with individual income tax services and corporate HR clients with coordination services, tax technical advice, liason for other tax service lines, and other services requested.

You will be responsible for the running of your own engagements including the tax return preparation services from initial contact to rendering of returns, maintaining contact with HR throughout the year including the preparation and running of client service meetings, etc.

You will facilitate communication between German colleagues and clients and establish and maintain working relationships with clients and colleagues. You will have the opportunity to work on international proposals.

We are offering a 2 year full-time or part-time contract in our Düsseldorf office. This contract can be extended after two years.
