The Social and Labor Affairs Committee monitors social and labor policy debates in Germany. The committee provides detailed and constructive suggestions to German policymakers to improve regulations for workers and employers. It aims to encourage the deregulation of the labor market and work-time regulations.

Labor Law Navigator (Deutsches Arbeitsrecht auf Englisch)
The German Labor Law Navigator is an information portal from Lovells that assists US companies located in Germany. The German Labor Law Navigator aids companies by providing them with an abridged English versions of German labor law. The information portal is designed to help US companies take a preliminary view on the steps they will need to manage business decisions in Germany with the changeable and at times difficult to understand framework of German employment law.
