AmCham Germany’s Social and Labor Affairs Committee, as well as the Corporate and Business Law Committee engage in stakeholder discussions on various issues concerning different fields that effect working life and business performance in Germany and the US. Corporate governance, data protection and compliance are amongst the topics which are of particular importance for both policy committees. A constructive dialogue is maintained with policy makers on regional and federal level.
