Corporate and Business Law Committee
The AmCham Corporate and Business Law Committee represents the interests of companies involved in German-American trade relations.
The committee analyzes, discusses and monitors questions relating to commercial and company law in transatlantic business operations. It aims at providing a forum for exchanging information and best-practices for its member companies. Additionally, it monitors legislative initiatives on both the European and national level. The committee seeks to inform the media and expand its dialogue with decision-makers in Brussels and Berlin.

Timothy Bishop und Andrew Pincus, zwei führende Anwälte von Mayer Brown LLP, die die erfolgreichen Parteien in diesem Fall vor dem US Supreme Court vertreten haben, berichteten aus erster Hand.
