On September 30, 2015, members of the Environment & Energy Committee met with MdB Dr. Anja Weisgerber (CSU), Spokesperson of the Parliamentary Group on the Committee on the Environment, Nature Conservation and Nuclear Safety. Against the backdrop of the upcoming UN Climate Change Conference in Paris (COP21), participants discussed various issues regarding climate, energy and environmental policies, ranging from fracking and emissions trading to cogeneration and combined heat and power. The meeting was held on the 14th floor of the TOTAL Tower, overlooking Berlin. The floor is currently venue of the exhibition “ENERGY IN MOTION”.
