Each year AmCham Germany invites industry experts to share their knowledge with other companies in Germany's Mittelstand (small and medium sized enterprises). The forum serves as a platform to exchange knowledge and open the debate on important issues affecting this economic base.

2011 Event Review

For the fifth annual forum, company and government representatives came together to discuss the shortage of qualified workers - a problem affecting companies already and only expected to worsen in the future if action is not taken to attract qualified employees to specialized fields.
