Chapter Niedersachsen warmly welcomes to the team: Professor Dr. Ulrich von Jeinsen who will support Chapter Niedersachsen immediately with his great experience and know-how. Professor Dr. von Jeinsen will lead the Chapter as Co-Chairman together with Co-Chairman Dr. Rob Smith.

Ulrich von Jeinsen is senior partner in the Hanover office of the law firm Göhman ( www.goehmann.de). Göhmann is one of Germany’s major independent law firms. Several DAX companies draw on the expertise of the Göhmann firm. Moreover, Germany’s Göhmann the firm has a special focus on midsize companies ("Deutscher Mittelstand"), both with respect to their domestic and international business activities.

Ulrich von Jeinsen is in particular engaged in legal matters concerning the relationship between Germany and the Nafta Region. He serves as treasurer of Globalaw ( www.globalaw.net) an international network of more than 100 law firms around the world. He furthermore serves as Honorary Consul of Mexico for the state of Lowyer Saxony ( www.consulmex-haj.de) and is adjunct professor at Leibnitz University Hanover Law School ( www.uni-hannover.de).
